I’m usually pretty good at motivating myself but this morning I needed Kid President to give me a good kick in the butt to push me out the door. Remember Bookstores?

Washington, DC’s historic Union Station I read yesterday that another bookstore — Barnes & Noble in Union Station — is biting the dust and it’s just incredible to me that a bookstore, in the nation’s capitol, in a train station, where you can buy a wide variety of things to read, is closing. When my son was in the midst of deciding where he wanted to go to college, Fordham University was near the top of his list.  But he was stuck between Fordham and another school and couldn’t make a decision.
