I’m sure I’m stating the obvious when I say that every family has its own dynamic and its own way of relating to each other and I think that this special form of communication developed within the family over the years is revealed in its barest form on a holiday.

Though memories of a loved one who has passed on continue to be vivid and stored forever in a special place in my memory bank, isn’t it incredible when one single possession can have the power to bring back all the complications of your relationship with that person? What can I say except that I am oh so very glad that today is Friday!! It’s the end of a work week that has no word to describe it.
