Every day I choose to begin the day with a healing intention.

I promise it doesn’t take much time.

Often before we even open our eyes after a night’s sleep, our minds are taking in conflicting thoughts.

Wednesday night I was so tired I forgot to set my alarm clock.  Needless to say, I overslept by a half hour.  I must say I felt more rested Thursday morning than I usually do but that extra thirty minutes of sleep put me behind in the things that I usually do in the morning to ready to go to work.
