Dr Ann Kaiser Stearns is a graduate of Oklahoma City University (B.A.), DukeUniversity (M.Div.), and the Union Institute (Ph.D.). She is a professor of psychology at the Community College of Baltimore County and an adjunct professor in the Police Executive Leadership Program at the JohnsHopkins University. The mother of two daughters, she lives with her family in Maryland.
