When I spend too much time in front of the computer or television I don’t feel right.
I don’t feel as if my body and mind are working together as they were designed to do, and when this happens I know it’s a signal for me to get up off my inactive butt and do something physical.
As in get the heart pumping and break a sweat.

One of the items on my so-called bucket list actually happened and I still pinch myself about the experience. I don’t always feel positive about all of the situations that life throws my way but I do feel very positive about life. Would I continue to feel positive if I were diagnosed with cancer? Life In The Intersection Laughter really and truly is the best medicine and my prescription for you on this wintery Wednesday is the following hysterical “letter” from a ficititous grandmother that was published in a community newsletter. I’m taking a break today and enjoying the popularity of “Gangnam Style.” “Gangnam Style” makes me laugh and laughing helps you cope with life.  Laughter is very powerful medicine and I try to use humor as much as possible to get through the ordinary hassles and crises I face.
