I love Sandy Gingras because she is a beach woman just like me!!!!
She understands the magical pull of the ocean, the sand and the sun and her whimsical art reflects the need that a lot of us feel.
I am happy to be at the beach any time of the year. Even when it’s winter and it’s freezing outside, I still think about the ocean a lot. I need to listen to the cleansing sound of the waves and feel the wind on my face. Our family went to the ocean for a few days last January to celebrate a big birthday and it was lots of fun. No traffic. No lines at the restaurants. No one on the beach.
Alas, these days I am stuck in my office and must depend on Sandy Gingras’ drawings and the Beach Cam for a virtual beach experience.
