Hey there Resilient Readers! It’s Monday!
While I too am saying “Uggg!”, I also am reminding myself that today is not a day to be hurried along just because it’s a Monday.
Mondays always painfully remind me that the weekend has ended, but Monday can be a signal that a new week is at hand and the time is now.
No day of the week can be taken for granted for we have no idea what life holds for us.
The circumstances of our lives may not be what we thought they would be at this point. You might have had a different plan in mind for where you would be in your life today but that plan hasn’t happened. I know what that feels like. It’s painful, it’s frustrating and you just want to kick all of the worry to curb and deal with the good stuff. The fun stuff.
But today could be a day to work on coming up with a different plan.
What have I put off that I might be able to accomplish today? Who do I need to call? Who do I need to email? How can I find unexpected sources of strength today? I’m tired of doing the same thing over and over and getting the same results. How can I change it up?
Treasured friends, relatives and acquaintances are here with us and so always is a higher power that is loving and caring of us.
Every day I try to work on accepting the changes that have occurred in my life but I also try to affirm my belief that it is possible for some good to often come from even the most traumatic events
Today holds a lot of potential for all of us and you are not alone in your journey to find understanding.
We are here together and together we can do it!
